
They are great at communicating, and genuinely seem to care about their staff. They have been super helpful with onboarding. There is no lack of information here.
I have not met with the leadership team,but my guess is their planning to present something for people to except quickly.

Identifying and weeding out toxic employees at all levels. Toxic employees coddle leadership and get preferential treatment to the detriment of morale for the rest of the team.
This company just needs a complete management overhaul. Just a completely toxic environment
Recognizing when there is a problem with a specific manager and addressing it rather than churning through good staff. I know one manager that has had 4 new hires.lwave in under 6 months due to bullying behavior. They just continue to allow the cycle to occur.
