    Everyone was super nice and super friendly.

    We all come from the same background and have the same goals. It's a small industry and alot of us have known each other for decades, or at least know the same people.

    They are great at communicating, and genuinely seem to care about their staff. They have been super helpful with onboarding. There is no lack of information here.

    The hiring pitch at ZHL is completely broken and dishonest. The recruiters tout the success of ultra-compensated loan officers, only to find out AFTER you get hired they are being spoon fed preferred business from Zillows Realtor network, The reality is only a tiny % are given this opportunity
