What did you like most about the interview process?Everyone was super nice and super friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?We all come from the same background and have the same goals. It's a small industry and alot of us have known each other for decades, or at least know the same people.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are great at communicating, and genuinely seem to care about their staff. They have been super helpful with onboarding. There is no lack of information here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The hiring pitch at ZHL is completely broken and dishonest. The recruiters tout the success of ultra-compensated loan officers, only to find out AFTER you get hired they are being spoon fed preferred business from Zillows Realtor network, The reality is only a tiny % are given this opportunity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Getting more compensation would make me feel more valued
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Putting their people (employees) first, over their stockholders
