Review from Sales Dept

Medical is 100% paid by employer

It is very equal to my direct counterparts.

Benefits are extremely generous and stock value has increased while I've been at the company.

The benefits and expense reimbursements. They take the weight off about worrying about insurances and retirement.

Great comp package and good benefits

Being a part of a growing company is the best.

Review from HR Dept

The stock grants and equity elections are a great part of the compensation. If you're willing to hold for the long term, the upside potential can pay out big.

Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The hiring pitch at ZHL is completely broken and dishonest. The recruiters tout the success of ultra-compensated loan officers, only to find out AFTER you get hired they are being spoon fed preferred business from Zillows Realtor network, The reality is only a tiny % are given this opportunity

Getting more compensation would make me feel more valued

More equitable pay for my job responsibilities compared to other roles with more limited scope which also get paid more and have more job growth potential.

They talk like they value employees, but their actions prove otherwise

They present a commission compensation package that seems fair until you're in the job for awhile and start to understand all the management loopholes that explain why you don't receive the commissions you thought you were entitled to

Not promoting employees who dont do the work and have a bag of excuses while others take on their work.

I believe that for the level of work I am doing I do not make enough, but I also know that I have gotten into my role in a non-ordinary way, so I have to prove myself with time.

My manager, and peers, takes credit for my ideas... no appreciation

Review from Customer Support Dept

Realtor.com doesnt push their employees out in order to cut payroll like ZG has been doing. Realtor at least has the decency to offer a severance package

Review from Sales Dept

no recognition at all, unqualified staff they hire, no communication

Review from Marketing Dept

Underpaid for amount of work

Review from Operations Dept

The company undervalues IT employees in favor of overcompensating developers.
