The management team is frustrated with lack of resources and expected to work extremely long hours so, it’s natural for them to manage their teams the same way. The culture needs to improve at the top, we are not a sweat shop. Performance reviews need to be made a priority and given on time.

We need consistent, honest messages about company goals and success or “lack there of” from leadership. Everyone is on different pages and a lot of positions have dissolved and it feels unstable.
