What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive VP’s need to stop hiring their family members, personal friends and previous coworkers. Be consistent and post ALL positions internally. Give employees the opportunity to advance or move around in the company. Be honest, have integrity and stop the smoke and mirrors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The management team is frustrated with lack of resources and expected to work extremely long hours so, it’s natural for them to manage their teams the same way. The culture needs to improve at the top, we are not a sweat shop. Performance reviews need to be made a priority and given on time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need consistent, honest messages about company goals and success or “lack there of” from leadership. Everyone is on different pages and a lot of positions have dissolved and it feels unstable.
