Mr. Binstein served as Corporate Secretary, General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Physiotherapy Associates, Inc. From February 1998 to January 1999, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NovaCare Inc. He joined NovaCare in January 1997 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining NovaCare Employee Services Inc., Mr. Binstein was a Practicing Attorney with the law firm of Proskauer Rose. Prior to his tenure at Benchmark, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ImageMax Inc. Mr. Binstein holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America and Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in Business Administration.

Mr. McAfee also served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of CheMatch.com Inc. from September 1999 to March 2002. Prior to joining CheMatch.com Inc., Mr. McAfee served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITEQ Inc. from March 1993 to September 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Waste Processor Industries Inc. from May 1991 to March 1993. He served as a Director of Waste Processor Industries Inc. from May 1991 to March 1993 and ITEQ Inc. from March 1993 to September 1999. He also served as a Director of CheMatch.com, Inc. since February 2000. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977 and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1978.
