It depends on the business unit. Some of them don't allow work from home at all. I worked for Fox News Digital (part of the 21CF family) and had to burn a vacation day whenever I had stuff to do at home.

Not anymore. Over the last year, anyone who could get a job elsewhere has done so. Middle management totally depleted.

Depends, but typically every 4-5 years.

Poor communication over firings and layoffs. Protecting Ailes and O'reiley is demoralizing.
How’s your typical day? Is it usually busy, slow or pretty consistent?
Extremely busy. Very lean staffed. Little time for big picture thinking or even the bathroom.
