What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability. They need to know their job and take the responsibilities they signed up for.
Having a strategy, communicating change especially personnel, destroying the wars between fiefdoms, and not rewarding harassment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is comprehensive and competitive
This is corp to corp and there are no benefits of the traditional sort. I prefer being paid via my own company for tax purposes as I actually have health coverage through the VA, AND another full time W2 job as a devops engineer that pays $175k + full benefits. So, I'm happy. Hope I can keep it up.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire better leadership. Fox News Networking leadership lacks professionalism and knowledge
Better communication and clear goals. understand that it's not an us against them. We need to set rules for clients and hold them to it
Consider what is best for the company rather than their own power and turf.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working towards a common creative goal
Co-workers have a lax on office schedule
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior execs have little kingdoms and are constantly at war with another. Character assassination is routine and rewarded.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like they were inclusive of all
simple, easy straight forward questions

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Entertainment company that is looking to "maximize" shareholder profits with near sited goals. They don't invest in their employees. If an employee is excelling at their position... the most likely outcome is that they will become the scapegoat for a bad decision of an under-informed manager.
Poor communication over firings and layoffs. Protecting Ailes and O'reiley is demoralizing.
