Not known other than he's our boss no interaction with lower level employees.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at ACC?
Just support the policies already in place.

N/A can't speak on it as a whole but my office is great people.

401k,vacation,sick leave,wellness credit,and retirement pensi ok n for vested employees and more I didn't mention probably.
How does ACC make decisions around promotions?
No explanation of consistency changes every promotion no true guideline or real ranking order.

Getting to know the people I serve and ensuring they now I'm fair and honest with them and there to help.

Difficult to complete all task do extra responsibilities and manpower shortage In my Department.

Maturity, knowing what's right from wrong should affect your social life at all.

I Love my job.
How secure do you feel at your job at ACC?
I try to be very productive because there are lots of eyes on me.Dont want to disrespect myself,family,ACC or my church.so I personally feel 99% secure because anything could happen in a twinkling of an eye.
How's the morale at ACC?
I think its good its up to employees to make your job your passion so I thonk morale is ok. More money in employees pockets would greatly boost smiles,and probably boost production a little more.
What unique perks and benefits does ACC provide?
None in the last few years,for working employees but ACC does provide a retirement pension which is great.

Depends on your work location.

Not enough in my Dept. Less 10% or right at it.
What kind of people succeed at ACC?
People that want to contribute to the well being of all residents by providing the services needed to continue making Athens Clarke County the hub that keeps this district viable
