I feel undervalued because I have big responsibilities as an internal team lead and I'm active on the market and know how much I am valuable. Aside from that, they give you a test for a performance review, working on a project for 6 months isn't a test enough.

High professionalism by interviewers. Their main goal it's to understand how good you are in different technologies and what is your strongest skills. Last but nor less important, it's not to long. You don't feel exhausted after interview, its more like you had a good talk with smart people.
