Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have big responsibilities as an internal team lead and I'm active on the market and know how much I am valuable. Aside from that, they give you a test for a performance review, working on a project for 6 months isn't a test enough.
