The best part of my compensation package is the solid base salary, which was competitive to my previous company. They also provided me with a good number of shares, to offset the non-vested shares I had to give up to move to Alida.

Having had unlimited flex time for several years and a month of PTO before that I was a little shocked to find out I only have two weeks of PTO every year. Medical premiums are a little more expensive than what I'm accustomed to as well.

My team receives a bonus once a year, but is heavily involved in expansion sales with little to no support from the sales team that receive the commission for the deal. This needs to be more fairly distrubuted. I am also underpaid for the market but salary reviews are only once a year
