What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ross, Riaz, and the rest of the C-Suite are top notch. They are empathetic, kind, intelligent, down-to-earth, and accessible to all employees at Alida. They believe in us, so much that they implemented a 4-day work week pilot in July 2022 to August 2022.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the solid base salary, which was competitive to my previous company. They also provided me with a good number of shares, to offset the non-vested shares I had to give up to move to Alida.

Having had unlimited flex time for several years and a month of PTO before that I was a little shocked to find out I only have two weeks of PTO every year. Medical premiums are a little more expensive than what I'm accustomed to as well.

My team receives a bonus once a year, but is heavily involved in expansion sales with little to no support from the sales team that receive the commission for the deal. This needs to be more fairly distrubuted. I am also underpaid for the market but salary reviews are only once a year

There is a lovely culture of collaboration here at Alida. I work as an Individual Contributor on cross-functional, strategic initiatives. Every single person I've reached out to has been enthusiastic and all-in, from all levels of the organization.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the involvement from other departments, in making sure I was a good cultural fit. I got to speak to the VP of the Center of Excellence, and Customer Success executives, in addition to Professional Services leadership. This felt empowering and welcoming.

I am happiest when I know I am making a difference. We are in the business of improving the customer experience, and on a micro-level, I am responsible for enabling my colleagues, prospects, and customers on the CX discipline. I love being able to do that on a daily basis!
