My experience averages on negative due to management. Lots of incompetency and it is not a place where employees can speak up about things that bother them. There is a culture of inaction in the US as all decisions big and small need to be approved by HQ in Israel and this caused endless frustration

Truly valuing their employees. Salaries are below market rates and there is a culture that does not welcome discussion about important topics like this (even in private conversation).

The people in the NYC office were great and I consider some of them close friends. The issues begin to become apparent when you look at the manager level and upwards.

If salaries were at market rates and not significantly below. There is also no transparency with raises and promotions. Communication from management can be significantly improved, but only after the necessary cultural changes to allow employees to feel safe bringing up topics like this.

I am frustrated with being underpaid and it does not help that the company had record revenues last year and cut costs dramatically with no travel, events etc. They were not shy to let us know both of these facts while they had a compensation freeze in parallel. It left a horrible impression on most
