What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Truly valuing their employees. Salaries are below market rates and there is a culture that does not welcome discussion about important topics like this (even in private conversation).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1000 USD to spend on WFH budget, private health insurance and free mental health support
Inclusive package well taken care
It's people-driven, from the health insurance, gym membership stipend, mental health support, WFH budget to the quarterly company-wide day off.
It's well balanced when compared to industry peers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If salaries were at market rates and not significantly below. There is also no transparency with raises and promotions. Communication from management can be significantly improved, but only after the necessary cultural changes to allow employees to feel safe bringing up topics like this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open communication, support, collaboration and all-in.
They each have their own unique spark that sets them apart

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People-first mindset, humanity and empathy.
The can-do attitude of people who are willing to help
The focus on customers and constant strive for success
My peers in the NYC office made it a joy to come into the office. There is not much else I can say positively about the culture otherwise.

Positive and win-win approach. Happy people.
Constant communication and feedback throughout process
The team were friendly and communcative
I met a lot of my potential co workers in the process and got to know the team I'd be working with.

The people- they have become my friends and I miss them
Interesting problems to solve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am frustrated with being underpaid and it does not help that the company had record revenues last year and cut costs dramatically with no travel, events etc. They were not shy to let us know both of these facts while they had a compensation freeze in parallel. It left a horrible impression on most
