What do you like best about the leadership team?True experts in their fields
What do you like best about the leadership team?Friendly , humble , great people
What did you like most about the interview process?Positive and win-win approach. Happy people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Truly valuing their employees. Salaries are below market rates and there is a culture that does not welcome discussion about important topics like this (even in private conversation).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? If salaries were at market rates and not significantly below. There is also no transparency with raises and promotions. Communication from management can be significantly improved, but only after the necessary cultural changes to allow employees to feel safe bringing up topics like this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I am frustrated with being underpaid and it does not help that the company had record revenues last year and cut costs dramatically with no travel, events etc. They were not shy to let us know both of these facts while they had a compensation freeze in parallel. It left a horrible impression on most
