What's the office vibe like at AppsFlyer?
Top Employee Response
Startup-ey with some of the standard accoutrements. Generally very nice and well-intentioned people.
What are your coworkers at AppsFlyer like?
Very driven, motivated, nice, and generally smart.
What's the interview process like at AppsFlyer?
Very informal and focused on 'fit'. To an extent focused on relevant adtech experience (which is a flaw, adtech is not a very difficult industry to learn coming from any other industry).
What part of AppsFlyer's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The part of the business that is growing the fastest is the number of integrated ad networks and the quantity of data being passed back to them. The challenges are 1) enterprise grade app makers do not want to integrate more SDKs and 2) the buyers of media for mobile app installs have become increasingly suspicious of the value propositions of the entire marketplace of vendors. 3) The mobile app ecosystem is increasingly being dominated by fewer players (no more upstart opportunity).
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at AppsFlyer?
Top Employee Response
Make the company objectives more transparent. Have clearly labeled y axes on internal company reports so employees actually know what is going on internally.
What do people at AppsFlyer think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is in a highly competitive market, he knows it, and he is willing to do what it takes to win.
How's the work life balance at AppsFlyer?
Top Employee Response
There is no work life balance. In order to prove loyalty to the 'all-in' unofficial motto the requirement is that you be willing to be available 24/7. The rocketship analogy also gets abused: it is not possible to get off a rocketship.
How's career growth and advancement at AppsFlyer?
33% of the same employees also feel like AppsFlyer is invested in their career growth. On average, majority of employees do not have a mentor to help them navigate their career at AppsFlyer.
