    Mike is a very nice person but he should not be CEO. He has difficulty making tough decisions and often settles for what someone else suggests. This has led to a major leadership issue throughout ArenaNet. Mike is a brilliant programmer and excels where caring for the customer/player are concerned. He truly wants to do right and well; just doesn't always get there.
