Direction and product delivery. Giving the players what they want, not all games are made for everyone but everyone who does buy their product should be happy with their purchase, unpressured of feeling left out.

Executive branch, CFO and CEO need to be destituted, for their interests have made the company internally a repellent place to work in with a toxic environment that mistreats employees and tarnishes what they output.
Remove the leadership. It’s exhausting to see such a passionate studios fall into greedy hand
