Very thorough with every decision
Great leadership team with good planning
To stop treating us like weasels
They need to learn how to schedule and resource video games properly. Wildly inaccurate estimations have led to some insane hours and frustrating problems that could have easily been avoided with proper planning.
Listening, understanding the impact of their decisions + other departments, and supporting/recognizing the work of the teams.
The management team needs to work on reducing the aggression in the workplace, overstressing junior employees.
Anything and everything. I hate it here
The community is the best part of being compensated
The pay and benefits are top tier.
It shares the company success with employees
Extending vacation packages allow me for time with family.
Full insurance and generous pto

Promised a lot paid nothing
Spent vast amounts of time doing work well above my pay grade with no increase in compensation for more than a year.
They love helping new players and we love solving puzzles as a team
Smart and capable. Care about the players and the team.

Collaborative and smart co-workers at my team

Efficient collaboration in small team
We could work better without management breathing down our necks.
Stop wasting time by schedulng pointless meetings
Better all look forward. To exit

Pay us more, let us make more independent decisions, and stop rushing products. Car companies don't sell the skeleton frame of a car, they finish it first.
working to support change vs sticking with status quo and further caring about the impact on employees that certain decisions make vs not caring
The crunch culture needs to be reduced. Especially with the casual homophobia present in some upper management.
I was able to say what was on my mind with minimal prepackaged answers
meeting a wide range of people that I would interact with
I got hired at the company.
I would prefer less casual harrassment from the interviewing board, often including Pete Parsons.
To be more practical and nurture candidates for doing well
Helping people that have not been able to get things done on their own
when we make meaningful change that helps the players and grow the games
I find leaving work the best part of my work day.
Getting to interact with people
