The management team needs to work on reducing the aggression in the workplace, overstressing junior employees.

The crunch culture needs to be reduced. Especially with the casual homophobia present in some upper management.

Us junior writers have productive meetings with a positive atmosphere. However, the upper management frequently interrupts such meetings with renders from the cinematic team.
