What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To stop treating us like weasels
They need to learn how to schedule and resource video games properly. Wildly inaccurate estimations have led to some insane hours and frustrating problems that could have easily been avoided with proper planning.
Listening, understanding the impact of their decisions + other departments, and supporting/recognizing the work of the teams.
The management team needs to work on reducing the aggression in the workplace, overstressing junior employees.
Anything and everything. I hate it here
Parsons needs to be replaced
Not helpful and not compassion to any issues
All middle managers. Too frequently is direction coming to me from a manager two levels ahead who can't see my work & has no context.
