Axicent has been a huge opportunity for me. There is always room for improvement as the employees at large is not always aware of critical changes. It would be nice to implement company wide procedures to help has go from a small business to large business.

It has been a positive experience as a whole with the amount of experience gained. We have been allowed to opportunity to grow and expand our skill sets. However compensation does not follow the responsibilities.
