Leadership does not enact change. If recommendations are made on how to improve the culture they ignore it. they operate on a culture of fear and prefer for employees "to stay in line, and play the part" vs. having an open dialogue and engaging their employees. It's essentially a frat club.

Having values around culture, people and empathy.. not just "winning" and making profits from and for mega corporations.
