The entire team was included in the process. Every department that the interviewee will protentional impact is involved. I also like that the Beck Tradition of asking each candidate to define thier spirit animal.

When we have a winning flavor that makes it into a product that is on the shelf somewhere. Seeing that product in the market makes me feel great.
