This has been the most positive work environment I've been part of. It's extremely collaborative; senior leadership always makes time to mentor and provide support; the staff is incredibly talented; a pleasure to come to work each day. The only downside is that days are often very long.

While I rated it as difficult, it was for good reason. Bisnow wanted to make sure that they not only picked the right candidate but that the candidate would pick them. I felt like I got to know my future leadership team and the company very well and it made me really want to be part of the team.
