Really positive overall. Strong engineering team, modern Laravel/Livewire stack, and genuine autonomy to own work end-to-end. Leadership respects async/remote work and invests in keeping the tech stack healthy rather than letting it stagnate. The people make the day-to-day enjoyable.

This has been the most positive work environment I've been part of. It's extremely collaborative; senior leadership always makes time to mentor and provide support; the staff is incredibly talented; a pleasure to come to work each day. The only downside is that days are often very long.

Great company to work for! Times can be busy but everyone is willing to help out where needed.

They trust engineers to own their work without micromanaging. Communication is honest and direct. They also genuinely invest in the engineering org (modern tooling, room to address tech debt) instead of treating it as a cost center.

Solid baseline benefits across the board: health coverage, PTO, and the standard package you'd expect. Nothing flashy, but nothing missing either. The flexibility and remote-friendly setup are arguably worth more than any single line item on the benefits sheet.

I get paid a very nice salary that has significantly helped my family financially. I feel I get paid extremely well for my job.

The insurance is expensive but you do get added benefits I did not receive under other companies.

The compensation package clearly outlines the requirements for achieving bonuses, providing strong motivation for hard work and making it easy to track progress towards incentives.

Smart, low-ego engineers who actually want to ship good work. People push back when something's off, but explain their reasoning. Strong async culture means you can do deep work without constant interruptions.

My team is extremely talented, collaborative, always willing to jump in to help each other out, passionate about the work, provide mentorship, and just a pleasure to work with.

I love that we are in office a couple times a week with each other. Helps collaborate and get work done!

Everyone works so hard but that said, we still love to have fun. Everyone I have met has been kind, caring, empathetic and everyone will tell you, that while of course the work is important, it's not life and death. Management is willing to listen and be flexible but you have to communicate.

The trust and autonomy. You're treated like an adult. Remote-first is genuinely remote-first, not a forced hybrid in disguise, so async communication actually works. Low politics, low ego, and a real focus on shipping useful work.

Our leadership inspires excitement, curiosity, and joy while providing an open door to mentor, collaborate, and jump in the trenches with us.

While I rated it as difficult, it was for good reason. Bisnow wanted to make sure that they not only picked the right candidate but that the candidate would pick them. I felt like I got to know my future leadership team and the company very well and it made me really want to be part of the team.

I loved how they keep things moving along! I have had interviews drag on for months and they kept me updated step by step and was hired within weeks!

Shipping things that actually matter without a bunch of process getting in the way. The combination of interesting problems, a modern stack I enjoy working in, and teammates who make collaboration easy means most days I finish work feeling like I moved something forward.
