The people. When there is so much to focus on and a lot of work, it's crucial to like who you're spending so much time with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works so hard but that said, we still love to have fun. Everyone I have met has been kind, caring, empathetic and everyone will tell you, that while of course the work is important, it's not life and death. Management is willing to listen and be flexible but you have to communicate.
