What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is very supportive and I love the connection I made in such a short time. You can have fun but also get down to business!
everyone is kind and wants to help eachother. No toxic people.
Open praise of team members when they do something great. Everyone supports everyone. Top down, bottom up. We disown ego and extreme own everything, which allows us to move quickly when tackling issues.
They invest in the culture and make sure everyone abides by it at all levels. It isn't just entry level people putting the work in.
We always have each others back when an issue arrises.
The teamwork is everywhere. You can always find someone to help when needed.
Everyone gets along and we are friends outside of work as well. We are all hard-workers looking to learn and grow
Team mentality with an environment that encourages feedback, honesty and ownership.
Everyone works really hard but still can kick back and have fun.
Everyone is supportive of eachother. It doesn't matter which department you are in, we are all working together to push our mission forward.
The open door policy that we have from top to bottom
Thankfully, we hire diversity of thought at Bisnow. Having over 350 events live and 100 digital per year, our teams have to work together and be nimble/ pivot easily. Most do a great job of not getting flustered when the pressure is on.
