Bisnow's culture is everything. I continue to appreciate throughout my tenure with the company the emphasis they put on mental health, time off, work life balance etc. Bisnow offers unlimited vacation days and allows you to work from home half of the week.

The management team is bought into making the job fun by creating incentives, and they continue to teach back best practices to make me better at my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is upward mobility if you put in the work. Leadership works extremely hard or even harder than everyone else and that's something that you can appreciate in a company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outside of the actual pay, I love the benefits! Bisnow offers unlimited vacation days. This has allowed me, as a working parent, to be able to pivot within the day if needed during COVID.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate the collaboration of teams. Our editorial team is award-winning, literally. They do a phenomenal job of supporting national trends and hyper local CRE news. There are many roles involved in making our events successful; therefore, we have to collaborate a ton!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Thankfully, we hire diversity of thought at Bisnow. Having over 350 events live and 100 digital per year, our teams have to work together and be nimble/ pivot easily. Most do a great job of not getting flustered when the pressure is on.
