They are responsible for partnering across the business on diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, including aligning the efforts of our seven vibrant employee resource groups representing women, veterans, Black, Latinx, Asian, disabled, and LGBTQ+ employees and their allies. Council members volunteer to participate, represent their business areas and embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into their teams’ work.
