Our benefits are pretty good and we get an annual bonus based on how the company does for the year.

I have highly motivated teammates who are able to figure things out themselves. Very reliable and easy to talk to. Working with my team is great and I’m very lucky to have such a collaborative tea

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Would be helpful if we were given equal time during Team meetings and of course we need to take each other's concerns seriously.

our team has created our own culture, and it feels really sweet and caring

Acceptance of who I am. I can bring my true self to work every day without fear. A strong accent on earning and development.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team Chats (online) tend to be gossip and memes and reposting the same "Reminders" day after day. YET we are required to log in to the Daily Chat. It is distracting, often negative and sadly too many times Reps are sharing incorrect process / procedures.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The talent acquisition recruiter was thorough
Talent/recruiting was on top of scheduling and feedback. I knew what was going on and where I was in the process.
The casualness of tone and transparency of information about culture.
The recruiter was very clear about the process and the timeline.
It was quick. Less than a week from start to offer. But my experience was an anomaly; typically, it is a drawn-out process.

we have incompetent project managers and offshore developers, who are really lazy
