Companies mission statement is reflected in everyone

Leadership always wants to hear your voice. They want to know how they can help and what kind of resources you need. They are considerate of your mental health and well-being.

A really great place to work with a very talented management team.

They are pursuing a lofty and ambitious vision of "creating a healthcare system worthy of our family and friends." They are investing in initiatives (Manifest MedEx) and start-ups (Altais) to address problems with health care. We even have a Chief Innovation Officer who preaches design thinking.

Many emulate our president - humble and able to tell complex information in a fairly simple fashion.
