What did you like most about the interview process?
The talent acquisition recruiter was thorough
Talent/recruiting was on top of scheduling and feedback. I knew what was going on and where I was in the process.
The casualness of tone and transparency of information about culture.
The recruiter was very clear about the process and the timeline.
It was quick. Less than a week from start to offer. But my experience was an anomaly; typically, it is a drawn-out process.
For me it was fast and straightforward. Helps to know people who work in the company - internal referrals are well respected.
