Our routing system for drivers is terrible and we are faced with almost impossible workloads and goals everyday. The demand for our product is high and the company does not have enough drivers to meet demand in a timely manner.

Very few care to do the right thing. The left over management are the ones that struggle to get another job. The great ones that left are prospering. Funny how a culture can be so negative to not share employees between business units

Management has reduced the work force to the absolute minimum. There is barely enough people to keep the operation running and then they ask for much much more out of you
