I like that everyone is friendly and down to earth. I do not feel as if even the paid positions act like the king honcho.

My team is filled with hard workers. They go above and beyond for the club and the kids. They truly care for the kids and want the absolute best for them.

My co workers are a BIG problem. Even the children seem to dislike the co worker. I have talked to the person about us but nothing has gotten down about, just excuses have been made for the behavior.
