What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs consistency in communication.
Change some of the leadership. Fundraising team has been successful in growing revenue but is toxic to the culture.
Rules for the children being upheld at ALL times, and applying to everyone, instead of excuses being made for bad behavior, and rewards being given with no reason for it.

Promote work life balance for full time staff. Realize there is a life outside of the club
The attitudes towards the children are horrible. We need to receive stress management tips and have breaks.
