Feel challenged but in a friendly environment with lot of help from my co-workers and management when needed. Company leaders work side by side with the team. They are very inspiring!

management has been supportive of my career path and any concerns I have brought up till now. the company really is one of the best around in terms of perks however, 401K match could be higher, and salary is below industry average. It would be nice to have unlimited PTOs also.

The company pays 100% of our premium for health insurance! They also pay for our dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Not to mention $100 to everyone in the company when we meet out goals, and a lovely bonus at the end of the year!

Completed nearly 3 years in this company, and I am still getting salery of only 24000/- Inr which means on $334 usd only. too much less financial growth.

We all work out together at the gym at BQE. A lot of our coworkers have knowledge and skills in a particular area, and they teach us that! We have someone who teaches us how to box, another how to lift weights, another, how to build stamina and so on!

The admin team comes up with the most amazing ways to keep us engaged with one another. They have themes happy hours, volunteer events, charity drives, formal lunches, and friendly competitions. It makes us step out of our comfort zones and bond with these strangers that are now like a second family
