Not encouraged at this time even though people working out of state and couple of hours from office work remotely.

Not standard practice at this time but may be authorised depending on the reason.

If promotion is given is it done around the employee's yearly review. The Organization is rather flat which is good for the employee as there are not so many layers to get things done and communication is faster and clearer. But hard, good work is noticed and employees are compensated - Employee are recognized for going beyond the call of duty.

Promotions are here for grabs based on performance, and we work with our teams to proactively create plans to grow within the company

Each department is different but we start with new-hire on boarding then for about an average of 2 weeks employees have a daily schedule to help them learn about their role and company to be set up for success
