I sometimes forget that I get paid to be here! I genuinely enjoy my time here so much that when i get my pay check after every two weeks, it's just the cherry on top!
Nothing but Excellent and very pleasant.
management has been supportive of my career path and any concerns I have brought up till now. the company really is one of the best around in terms of perks however, 401K match could be higher, and salary is below industry average. It would be nice to have unlimited PTOs also.

Awesome! Very hands on and work side by side with the team! There is no" I am the boss" attitude. They make you feel very comfortable and no question is left unanswered.
Excellent! They are there working hard with you! Lead by example! If you are there early to meet deadlines, they are there earlier with bagels and donuts! They are the most unassuming group of people and treat everyone with respect!

Very comfortable! There are seasons for every department. For example busy time for development and marketing during product launches, year end in particular for Sales and Busy for Training and technical support after beginning of year

I like the culture here but if I would like to see an improvement, I would say in the areas of employee engagement. Some employees are shy and don't like to participate in company activities or with other employees.

It is hard to improve a perfect work culture when you already have team work, respect, knowledge sharing. When the Bosses what you to know what they know, which makes everyone better. All ideas are respected, this is a perfect place to work.
