How helpful was your Marketing team when you were first hired at Deltek?
I was in a field office and was taking over a vertical from someone else. They were incredibly helpful - providing background on projects and explaining processes. There was no formal onboarding process or marketing process documentation when I started. Beyond that people were willing to meet with me but it was up to me to reach out and ask questions. The team as a whole is very approachable and willing to help.
