Very accesdible and communicate im real time. Seems as thoigh there’s a defimite unferstsnding the leaders get out snd speak to employees to better understand the issues. Alot of emploee involvement over how to do things efficientl

Respecting people and their time. Rewarding hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competive base salary. Bonuses are paid out based on company performance so everyonevhas a valuable stake to make certain goals are hit.
Reasonable benefits and PTO. Half days every other Friday are a huge plus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not competitive for the market value, even locally. Management looks out for the business instead of fairly compensating employees.
Salary low compared to skills needed for position, way too much uncomped OT, better PTO needed, better match on 401k/faster vesting. We need unionization.

Talented people who are very collaborative

My department is very overworked right now.
Not maximizing use of the marketing automation tool, or ABM, or focusing enough on creating - or purchasing - quality content for large prospects. Focus more on content from respected authorities and in some cases pay a writer to do thought leader interviews for roundup articles
