We all work out together at the gym at BQE. A lot of our coworkers have knowledge and skills in a particular area, and they teach us that! We have someone who teaches us how to box, another how to lift weights, another, how to build stamina and so on!

BQE is like a big family! You are expected to work your best but not micro managed. There are lot of fun things happening to keep it exciting!

The admin team comes up with the most amazing ways to keep us engaged with one another. They have themes happy hours, volunteer events, charity drives, formal lunches, and friendly competitions. It makes us step out of our comfort zones and bond with these strangers that are now like a second family
