management has been supportive of my career path and any concerns I have brought up till now. the company really is one of the best around in terms of perks however, 401K match could be higher, and salary is below industry average. It would be nice to have unlimited PTOs also.

compensation is one thing that is subpar about this company. it is below market value.

we have autonomy for the most part, management trusts us to make decisions based on our expertise and judgments
