Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
very very low salary as compared to the standard , new employees are given negligible hikes that leads to the rise in salary indifference. The seniors are given 150% more raise than a 3 year old employee

Being a good software engineer means one has to be updated with latest trends and techniques in the world of technology. With this comes a lot of hard work and dedication. But if the person is not paid what he deserves, he loses the motivation in his work.
