The company makes me feel like that i am not an engineer but a grade third worker who must forget about the pay and must be thankful to his master for everything he gives , even for 200 dollar salary

Respect to employee, good hike,good pay and more benefits to new employees

Employee feedback must be taken continuously,grievance cell must be created. Feedback must be taken from employees for the seniors

low hike , low salary and no accountability for the managers with what they are doing to employees that are working under them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
very very low salary as compared to the standard , new employees are given negligible hikes that leads to the rise in salary indifference. The seniors are given 150% more raise than a 3 year old employee
