Everyone is very encouraging and helpful.

Completing my to-do list, eating breakfast, and see people who have become like a second family now.

Everyone is so incredibly talented! If you ever need help, there is someone who has mastered the talent you need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are great but two thing I love about BQE are the free food, and the health/exercise classes on site!
What makes you most happy at work?
Gym onsite. My friends who are now my coworkers, My coworkers who are now my friends. Free lunch every Friday. A fully stocked fridge. Yoga every Wednesday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly trying to adapt to the needs of their employees. The do a phenomenal job keeping us entertained, rewarded, filled with food, and looking forward to having at work!

They don't make you feel like they your leader and you merely a follower. They constantly remind us that we're all a team and we are responsible for everything the company achieves!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays 100% of our premium for health insurance! They also pay for our dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Not to mention $100 to everyone in the company when we meet out goals, and a lovely bonus at the end of the year!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work out together at the gym at BQE. A lot of our coworkers have knowledge and skills in a particular area, and they teach us that! We have someone who teaches us how to box, another how to lift weights, another, how to build stamina and so on!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The admin team comes up with the most amazing ways to keep us engaged with one another. They have themes happy hours, volunteer events, charity drives, formal lunches, and friendly competitions. It makes us step out of our comfort zones and bond with these strangers that are now like a second family
