How much the company makes time for employees to get to know one another and have fun together. We do all work very hard, so making sure we also have time for fun and decompressing together is really valuable.

Removal of employees/managers that have complaints from multiple people across different groups instead of promoting them. Provide a culture where everyone has a seat at the table and is respected no matter the level/job title, race, or gender.

Spend less time grandstanding and presenting the "Everything is up and to the right" perspective. I'm not saying go negative, but be more honest about acknowledging the losses and hardships. Right now executive credibility isn't high.

Work load balancing. Too much thrash, chasing too many opportunities with too few resources. People burn out and leave, and the workload increases on the people remaining without being able to successfully backfill or train new employees.
