Better culture with respect and inclusion of all employees no matter what their title is. Less people managing and trying to manage and more people doing actual work and delivering on their tasks.

I have some wonderful coworkers and many that are there to only promote themselves. So collaboration and not being workplace bullies would be a great start

The experience co-workers are great to work alongside, supportive, and helpful. The new coworkers are (obviously) inexperienced but are less receptive to receiving or asking for advice and support from long-time Carbonites. They act less as a team
