I appreciate how friendly and approachable most of the leadership team is. Not everyone is, but a good majority are people that I feel comfortable talking to on a daily basis.

Operations department is in very rough shape for a company this size with the aspirations it has. Manufacturing, fulfillment, quality, supply chain, and production documentation are managed via fire drill, so they're impossible to scale up efficiently. Very few managers are present.
